Where do i start? Grandad was one of the most kindest and gentle people around. He was so special to his family and to the people who knew him. He was well known by everybody and always had friends and family round at his house. He was never alone and will never be forgotton by anyone. I remember taking my son to see him for the first time and had to laugh because Kamron was well shy and wouldn't go near him until grandad gave him a biscuit. And god help you if granddad got this cane out because you knew you was in trouble then. He never used it but kids knew how far to push before they got him angry.He made me laugh with the Asda price. The people closest to him will know what I'm on about. The only regrets i have is that i didn't go see him as much as i could have, and i wish i did. I did take granddad for granted I thought he would always be there. But I did love him so much and in his own little way he knew I loved him. He loved his family so much as we loved him to and still love him. There isn't a day that goes by that one of us don't think about granddad. He was the head of the family, the wise one his little Ely called him. He loved talking about when he worked on the farm and working in shoes the pub. He liked to shere memorys for his life and all the things he did when he was young. As well as meeting great grandma and having his children. He also like to give people he loved nicknames. The names always stuck though out there life but it was only granddad who got to call them by there nicknames. He liked to watch the snooker, watch Clint Eastwood films and have his 10 minuets an hour in the afternoon. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him and we will always remember him I love you granddad and miss you so much we all do xx

Hi Grandad hope your enjoying looking down on us all and laughing at the things we do :) Think its safe to say I speak for all of us here when i say We miss you. Continue looking in on us from time to time as you have been doing :). Oh and theres gonna be another little addition to the family next April so hope your there with us when he arrives :). hya dad.i cant believe its been 2 years ,you are always in my thoughts.i often laugh at the way you used to misspronounce your words and make up new ones .i often look at our old house and picture you sitting by the window ,i almost wave ,then realise your not there.luv and miss you loads xx

just dropping by to say sarah had a baby girl on saturday 17th october at 8:30, weighing 7lb 15oz!!! she wasnt in labour r had contractions or owt, she had her down my mums toilet... yes u heard right in the toilet hahaha!!! shes calling her paige traci-mai warren, my mum has now got 5 grandkids u should see all her grey hairs and wrinkles now lol... love and miss u loads grandad x x x

rita had her 5oth beginning of sept and it was brilliant.. it was a western theme!! and not long now till ur yoingest is 50 lol!!! never guess wot theme she wants for her 50th... yup u guesses it!! michael flaming jackson!!! haha
ive finally got a job i start work at clintons cards next week and im so looking forward to it !!

you was my world and the I ran to when I was down or upset. You was always there for me when I needed you and you always cared. You was my grandad and most of my friend you was kind of a dad to me. I love you so much. I wish you was still here with us. But I know your up in heaven shining down on us and watching over us till we meet again in the skies above
